LIFEWEIGHT

These terms are an agreement between you and Kenny Davis, a sole proprietor doing business as LIFEWEIGHT ("LIFEWEIGHT," "we," "us"), based in Pennsylvania, covering getlifeweight.com and the LIFEWEIGHT program. By applying, purchasing, or using the program you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
You must be 18 or older. By purchasing, you confirm you are an adult and that the information you give us is accurate.
LIFEWEIGHT is an educational six-month weight-management program built from Kenny Davis's personal experience and established weight-management principles.
LIFEWEIGHT is not medical care. It is not medical, dietetic, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a doctor, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or other qualified professional. Kenny is not a licensed medical provider or registered dietitian.
Talk to a doctor first before changing your diet, activity, or training, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, have a history of disordered eating, or have an injury. Stop and seek professional help if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
Results vary. Kenny's transformation is his personal result, not a guarantee of yours. We do not promise any specific amount of weight loss or any timeline.
Both tiers include the same core curriculum: Week 0 plus six months (Control, Consistency, Real Life, Adapt, Independence, Life After the Cut), delivered on a schedule by email and online lesson pages, with videos, worksheets, and trackers.
Current prices are shown on our website and at checkout. Prices for future purchases may change (for example, when founding-member pricing ends); changes don't affect a program you've already paid for. Switching between tiers is covered in the Refund Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe in U.S. dollars as a one-time charge unless stated otherwise at checkout. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may pause access while the dispute is resolved.
By purchasing, you agree to receive program emails (lessons, reminders, check-ins). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; unsubscribing from program emails will stop lesson delivery.
All curriculum content, videos, worksheets, trackers, and branding belong to LIFEWEIGHT. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own program. You may not copy, resell, publicly post, or distribute them.
Exercise, dietary changes, and changes in bodyweight carry inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and assume those risks. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release LIFEWEIGHT and Kenny Davis from claims arising from your participation, except claims caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to LIFEWEIGHT is limited to the amount you paid us for the program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
We rely on Netlify, Stripe, Calendly, Baserow, Resend, YouTube, and an AI assistant to run the program. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we aren't responsible for their outages.
We may improve or update curriculum content. We won't reduce the core features of the tier you purchased during your program. If we change these terms, we'll post the new version with a new effective date; material changes will be emailed to active clients.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Before filing any claim, contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless you are entitled by law to bring a claim elsewhere.
