LIFEWEIGHT ("LIFEWEIGHT," "we," "us") is operated by Kenny Davis, a sole proprietor doing business as LIFEWEIGHT, based in Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect through getlifeweight.com and the LIFEWEIGHT program, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
Questions or requests: support@getlifeweight.com
The short version
We collect what we need to sell you the program and run it: contact details, your answers to onboarding and check-in forms, and payment confirmation from Stripe.
Some of what you tell us is health-related (weight, height, injuries, sleep, eating habits, hunger, energy). We collect it only with your explicit consent, only to run your program, and we never sell it.
Accountability check-ins are reviewed with help from an AI assistant, with Kenny overseeing anything that needs a human.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.
Who this applies to
LIFEWEIGHT is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
What we collect
Information you give us
Lead and application forms ("Build Your Game Plan," the free Week 0 checklist): first name, email, optional phone, age, your starting point, goals, biggest obstacle, which tier interests you, and when you want to start.
Purchase: name, email, and the tier you bought. Your card is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Onboarding (paying clients): age, height, current bodyweight, optional goal weight, goals and reasons, prior weight-loss attempts, food habits and preferences, allergies or restrictions, training experience, equipment, sports, physical limitations or injuries, school/work schedule, sleep, eating-out frequency, social and travel patterns.
Baseline tracker and weekly check-ins: bodyweight (if you choose to weigh), training completed, steps/activity, sleep, hunger and energy ratings (1–10), food-tracking notes, wins, obstacles, and anything you ask Kenny to review.
Messages you send us by email.
Information collected automatically
Basic technical logs kept by our host (Netlify), such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and reliability.
Email delivery data (for example, whether an email was delivered or opened) from our email provider.
If you watch lesson videos, YouTube (Google) may collect information under its own policy. We embed videos in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode where possible.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
Health-related information and your consent
Information about your body, weight, injuries, sleep, eating, and similar topics can be considered health data under some laws. We:
collect it only after you check the consent box on the onboarding, tracker, or check-in form;
use it only to deliver and personalize your LIFEWEIGHT program, run accountability reviews, and keep you safe (for example, flagging something that should go to a qualified professional);
do not sell it, and do not share it except with the service providers listed below who help us run the program;
let you withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. If you withdraw consent, we stop collecting new health information; some program features (like accountability reviews) may no longer be possible.
How we use information
To respond to your application and schedule your Game Plan call.
To process your purchase and deliver the program: welcome and lesson emails, reminders, check-in forms, and graduation materials.
For Accountability clients: to review weekly check-ins, compare them with your history, send you feedback, and alert Kenny when human judgment is needed.
To provide support, handle refunds, and keep records required for taxes and accounting.
To improve the curriculum using aggregated, non-identifying patterns.
To send occasional updates only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe any time.
AI-assisted review
For Accountability clients, check-ins and onboarding answers are processed by an AI assistant (Grok Bot) that summarizes progress, sorts each check-in as routine, needs closer monitoring, or needs Kenny, and drafts feedback. Kenny oversees the system, and anything outside the program's educational scope (for example, injuries, concerning symptoms, or signs of disordered eating) is routed to a human and may come with a recommendation to see a qualified professional. AI is not used to diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and no decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made about you solely by automated means. Our AI provider processes this data on our behalf to provide the service.
Who we share information with
We use these service providers ("processors") to run LIFEWEIGHT. They may process your information only to provide their services to us:
AI-assisted check-in review, summaries, and draft replies
YouTube (Google)
Hosting unlisted lesson videos
ImprovMX
Forwarding emails sent to support@getlifeweight.com
Google (Gmail)
Kenny's inbox for reading and replying to your emails
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business (in which case this policy's protections continue to apply). We do not sell your personal information or your health data.
How long we keep it
Program records (onboarding, check-ins, reviews): for the length of your program plus 12 months after you finish or leave, then deleted or anonymized.
Leads who never purchase: up to 12 months after last contact.
Payment and tax records: as long as the law requires.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

You can ask us to:
confirm whether we hold your information and get a copy of it;
correct inaccurate information;
