Refund Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

The 7-day guarantee

If LIFEWEIGHT isn't right for you, email support@getlifeweight.com within 7 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to both Essential and Accountability.

During those first 7 days you'll only have access to Week 0 (onboarding, the 7-day baseline, and Week 0 lessons), so you can see how the program works before you're fully committed.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window, purchases are non-refundable, because the full curriculum and (for Accountability) reviews are being delivered to you.

Exceptions we will always honor:

• Duplicate or accidental charges: refunded in full.
• We can't deliver: if LIFEWEIGHT is unable to deliver the program or the services of your tier, we'll refund the unused portion (prorated by weeks remaining).
• Medical reasons: if a doctor advises you to stop the program, email us. We'll pause your program for up to 3 months or offer a prorated refund for the remaining weeks.
• Any refund required by applicable law.

Switching tiers

• Essential → Accountability: upgrade any time during your first 4 weeks by paying the difference between tiers: the current Accountability price minus what you paid for Essential.
• Accountability → Essential: within 7 days of purchase, we'll refund the difference between tiers: what you paid for Accountability minus the current Essential price.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, program access ends.

After the six-month program ends, access ends unless you join an optional ongoing membership, if offered. Any membership would have its own terms and cancellation policy.
